the last day of holiday

I woke up this morning with a warm feeling of a good day. Finally, school almost starts. I wonder how does this semester will go. I can't stop thinking of enjoying busy routines as much as new things. I always thrilled of experiencing new things in life, new semester, new classes, new books, new activities.

Today I planned to have a leisure Sunday, filled up with books, blankets, and enjoying snacks. In fact, I can't do those things alone. I read for couple hours and got bored, I ate snacks but I couldn't stop calculating the carbs, I put myself inside the blanket and soon feel too warm. I woke up and I did random things on internet, starting from do "beans" research until how to start a vegan diet.

I surrounded by vegan people, my boyfriend and roommate are vegan and I want to know about it. I want to know how they replace their nutrients without eating animals. I want to know which meals are healthier than another.

I also did research about skin care and cosmetics. Ufff, I just realized that the price for skin care products are way expensive compare to Indonesia. The reason is, most of cosmetics are produced in south east asia, Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia. We have competitive price and wide variation of lotions. We have many cheap options for body scrub. I should know earlier which products are cheaper in which country. *self note*

I already go to chapter 4 of Gretchen Rubin's book. I noted that some of resolutions can work in mine, such as:
1. morning singing
2. work efficiently (15 mins per day of doing things)
3. not nagging over other people
4. find a game that you can work together in relationship (I am thinking about skype game)
5. to do something new and keep the resolution

After all, happiness is the only state of minds, and I think, with or without resolutions I know I can be happy. Resolutions are emphasized to make me happier.

Ciao, and have a nice new semester!
