I would love, LOVE to return to Indonesia. An amazing country, as you know. I'm fascinated by it. Have been since I day I first saw the movie The Year of Living Dangerously many years ago. You are lucky to call Indonesia home.
Kurt and I are wrapping up the tour to the follow-up book to Honeymoon with My Brother. It’s very helping for us to figure out, how does Indonesia look like=)Now is 2009 and the situation is better here. Bali, Lombok, and Pulau Komodo, not the only wonderful place in Indonesia. You have to see Kalimantan Island too... the place is beautiful, with the biggest tropical forest, and simpansees in there. Near Kalimantan Island there is an island which is full of jellyfish, the name of the place is KAKABAN. They said that Kakaban was the kingdom of jellyfish. I never go there, because you know... in Indonesian style, traveling is too much costed. And I’m just 18, i don’t have enough money even i travel as a backpackers. And the politic condition get better here, much much more better! The stamp of our country also redesigned. So, if you wanna come again, you’ll get the new design of our stamp in your passport. You could write whatever you want about my country, but please keep it smooth and lovely =) I really love your books, and i want travel around the world just like you somedayy....
